The ADC Theatre is the main theatre space for the University of Cambridge, and Britain's oldest University playhouse. We are the venue for much of the amateur student drama which is performed during University term-time. The ADC Theatre provides a space for learning and experimentation, helping to launch the careers of such theatre luminaries as Sir Ian McKellen, Rachel Weiss and Emma Thompson. We also occasionally present shows by local drama groups and touring companies, outside of University term.
