Forum Players, Bourne End, Bucks We are a friendly club, who are celebrating our 40th anniversary in 2008, and try to put on two plays or revues and a pantomime each year. We meet most Mondays and Wednesdays at 8.00pm at the Bourne End Community Centre. We have a good sized stage and have a large scene dock to store flats and props, which allows us to build our own sets. Anyone is welcome to join our club, you don't have to act as there are plenty of backstage, front of house roles. Please feel free to pop in and have a chat, or E-Mail me for further information

ADC Ticketing was set up by the ADC Theatre, Cambridge, to allow productions performing elsewhere to make use of the same, highly acclaimed on-line ticketing process that the theatre uses. Any production can register to use ADC Ticketing for their online sales, in return for a small cut of the sales and a reasonable administration fee if a seating plan is required. Tickets will be posted to customers in advance, or made available for collection on the door at the event. The sales system permits customers to select exactly which seats they prefer (where a seating plan exists), and customer feedback has consistently proved that the system is one of the most user-friendly and reliable around.

Brian Brignall, Finance Director of Hampton Hill Playhouse, on his experience with Positickets: ‘We signed up with Positickets before our production of The Secret Garden to make life easier for our volunteers. At this early stage, I had expected around 5% of ticket sales to come through online, but over a quarter of ticket sales came through Positickets, which was phenomenal. I see Positickets as essential to the future of our ticket sales and I also believe it will encourage audiences to book earlier, which, as every amateur dramatic society knows, is essential to success of the production.’ For more information, please visit www.positickets.co.uk or call 0845 33 00 22 1.
